We offer extra sessions in the lead up to gradings and tournaments to make sure all our students are as well prepared as possible to promote to the next grade or to step on the mats at championships

Our international athletes have a dedicated training programme in addition to the normal club scheduled classes to ensure they are ready to compete at the highest level
